Individuals with communication difficulties can be helped to communicate more easily and effectively using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). AAC can help people who have difficulty speaking, writing, understanding others. AAC may support (augment) or replace (alternative) communication difficulties.

This is the website of a nonprofit organization whose members include leading manufacturers of augmentative and alternative communication software and hardware products. The site includes information about the members, AAC workshops and a free catalog packet.
