What can you get for only one dollar?

The great satisfaction of owning a part of this terrific website and saving it from extinction.

If you like what you see here. If it provides you with credible resources quickly and easily. Then you know just how vital it is to keep this very practical website alive.

Not only will your dollar help to keep this site accessible and growing -- it’s also tax deductible!

We want this to be your site and we will do everything possible to prevent this valuable site from shutting down.

Most people don’t know how this site was developed. It was created by my wife and cofounder of Disability Resources, Julie Klauber, a national expert on information resources for the disabled.

Julie started this site over seven years ago, learning html programming in her spare time and creating hundreds of pages of links to the most credible websites on the internet. All in the wee small hours of the morning -- while I was hard at work sleeping.

That wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for her fulltime day job -- running the library for the blind and physically disabled in Suffolk County, New York. As well as co founding – with me - the nonprofit organization, Disability Resources, inc in an effort to reach out to the millions of people with disabilities and their families throughout the U.S. and abroad who were searching for good, reliable information they could trust online.

In just the past two years over half-a-million people have used this site to find authoritative, factual information and resources in order to live, learn, love, work and play more independently. And more people keep finding the site each day.

Julie worked on this website almost to the day she passed away from her long battle with colon cancer. This site is her gift to us. She built this site for it to live and grow so people everywhere could use it for years to come.

With your help we will make this website exceed even Julie’s very high expectations. All for just one dollar a year … And just see how envious your friends will be when you tell them you own this website. We promise not to tell them how much you paid…

Just slip a dollar (or a check or money order) in an envelope and send it to:
