Its goal is to foster advancements in physical therapy practice, research, and education.” The APTA web site offers a wealth of information about the organization’s resources and services for members. A small consumer section includes information about physical therapy, how to find a physical therapist, and physical therapy as a career.

Gered primarily for practising PTs, this web site includes chat, bulletin board and mail lists; a text library; events listing; continuing education courses; schools; job postings; links; and more. There’s also an international list of clinics and PTs online.
Physical Therapy: The Web Space (TWS)
This useful guide to online resources includes texts and journals, PT schools, PT organizations, diseases and injuries, e-lists and chats, and PT related sites (supplies, jobs, sports, health, etc.).
